It is threatened by the very problem it contributes to, climate change. It faces a number of risks: soil degradation, decreasing yield, water scarcity, extreme weather events, biodiversity loss…
Agriculture is in dire need of changing the way it operates. Regenerative agriculture, inspired by soil conservation principles, is the promise of a better tomorrow. It captures carbon within the soil, increases long-term yields, and provides stronger resilience.
In practice, it struggles to scale for lack of financing and decision-making software. Support French local farmers by sponsoring their regenerative agriculture programs.
